How CoastCrete collects, uses and protects the information you share with us through this website and our quoting process.

CoastCrete("we", "us", "our") takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain English and applies to anyone visiting www.coastcrete.com.au or sending us an enquiry.
When you fill in a quote form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and a short description of the job. We do not ask for, and do not want, more sensitive information than that.
Like most websites, we also collect basic technical data automatically via web analytics — pages viewed, the approximate region your visit came from, device type and referrer. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
We use your contact details for one thing: to respond to your enquiry and quote your job. If you go ahead with the work, the same details are used to coordinate the pour, send invoices and follow up after completion. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
This site uses essential cookies for things like remembering whether you have closed a banner, plus analytics cookies for the purposes above. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time — doing so will not affect your ability to use the site or submit an enquiry.
Enquiries are kept for as long as is reasonable for follow-up, repeat work and ongoing project management, and in line with our legal obligations under Australian tax and consumer law. If you ask us to delete your details, we will — except where we are legally required to hold a record (for example invoices linked to completed jobs).
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored in systems protected by industry-standard access controls. No system is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of those rights, contact us using the details below.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
